In our production, the following gates are used according to the product structure, product appearance requirements, and automation requirements:

1. Straight gate

In our commonly used plastic turnover boxes, etc., due to their large structural size and no special requirements for appearance gates, etc., straight gates with simple gate structure and easy processing are adopted, but it is difficult to remove the material.

2. Side gate

In our products, some transparent parts, such as TZ-C1041, TZ-C1051, T-C1061 lens, etc. Since the front and back sides are not allowed to have gate positions, the side gate type is adopted, but it cannot meet the requirements. Automated production requires manual trimming of the material handles.

3. Latent gate

Latent gate is the most commonly used gate type for our injection molds. Most of our functional parts, switch fixing frames, etc. have adopted the latent gate type with the gate on the outside as shown in Figure 14, and most of our The product shell adopts a gate type with a latent type on the inside. This kind of gate can automatically blank the material to meet the needs of automation, and there are no gate marks on the surface of the product.
