Troubleshooting of PET bottle blowing machine

Common trouble of PET strech blowing machine and solutions as following:

Fault 11: The bottom of the bottle is not full

Reasons:

1. The temperature of bottle bottom is too high

2.The exhaust hole at the bottom of the Bottle Mold is not enough or uneven

3.The stretching rod is not at the bottom.

4.The design of stretching rod head does not conform to the shape of the bottom of the preform

5.Blowing pressure isn't sufficient

6.The flow of blowing valve isn't enough

7.The design of the bottle bottom curve is not well

Solution: 

1. Reduce the bottom temperature of the heating zone or use wet cloth to reduce that of the embryonic tube

2. Increase the number of exhaust holes and make them evenly distributed.

3. Adjust stretching rod to the bottom of the bottle

4. Replace the head of stretching rod

5. Increase the blowing pressure

6. Clean the blowing valve by gasoline

7. Add streamline design of the bottle bottom curve


Fault 12:

Reasons:

1.It must be owe to the uneven thickness of the embryonic tube if it is in a particular location relative to the tooth of preform

2. It must be owe to the mold exhausting if it is in a particular location relative to the mold clamping line

3. Heating the embryonic tube unevenly

4. The design of the mold bottom is not well

Solution: 

1. Improve the thickness design of the preform

2. Improve the exhaust hole of the mold bottom

3. Improve the heating conditions

4. Improve the bottom design


Fault 13:Bottle Blowing Machine indicates no power supply

Reasons:

1.Socket without electricity

2.Insurance tube broken

3.wire leading drops out

4.Safety emergency stopper is not open

5.The power switch isn’t turned on

6.Indicator broken

7.The miniature circuit breaker of heating furnace control socket isn't closed

Solution: 

1.Check whether there is electricity in the socket and whether the leakage switch trips

2.Check whether there is a short circuit, and then replace the insurance tube

3.Connecting the Joints well

4.Open the emergency safety switch

5.Turn on the power switch

6.Replace the indicator

7. Close the circuit breaker


Fault 14:No sealing and stretching movements

Reasons:

1.Clamping stroke doesn't reach the designated position

2.The switch of the clamping stroke broken

3.The wire falls of

4.Delay the stretching time,and the relay is damaged

5.The lifting and stretching electromagnetic valve are damaged

6.The inlet and exhaust throttle valve of the cylinder block or shut up

7.The corresponding electromagnetic valve broken

8.Set the delaying stretching time to “0”

Solution: 

1.Moving forward the clamping touch block

2.Replace the switch of clamping stroke

3.Connecting the Joints well

4.Change the time relay

5.Change the electromagnetic valve

6.Check the hole to ensure unblocked

7.Check the corresponding electromagnetic valve

8.The delaying stretching time setting is not less than "0"


Fault 15: the disc does not rotate

Reasons:

1.The fuse is broken, and the disc does not rotate

2.The AC contactor and the thermal relay are damaged

3.The electric motor is short of phase (humming)

Solution: 

1.The insurance tube resistance is measured with a multimeter block (R (1) .If it is 0,that is good;if it is ∞,that is broken.

2. The double sides voltage of the Ac contactor coil are measured   with a multimeter ACV250.If it is 0,measure the voltage between the upper end of the ac contactor coil and thermal relay(96);.if it is 220V,the thermal relay is broken.

3. Connect barge phase line
