Common types are three station injection blow molding machine and four station injection blow molding machine. The three position machine has three positions of preform, blow and demould, each position is separated by 120 °. Four station machines have more pre forming stations, 90 ° apart from each other. In addition, there is a two station injection blow molding machine with a distance of 180 ° between the stations. The size of plastic container produced by injection blow molding machine is accurate, no secondary processing is needed, but the cost of mould is high.
