If the exhaust setting is normal, you only need to blow the bottle each time. If there is a fault, then it can be judged that it is the exhaust valve. Please open the exhaust valve to check the condition of its springs and seals (another phenomenon of this kind of malfunction is that the exhaust sound is relatively loud or there is a sound of dirty exhaust).

If you encounter a situation where many molds are normally produced and accidentally cannot open the mold, please check whether the clamping pin has a segmented screw in it. In addition, please check whether the clamping force is too large. If it is too large, you should follow Standard readjustment.

4.The bottle is always pinched.
