1. Raw materials for plastic pallets

1) Control the quality of raw materials

Poor raw materials also have a great impact on the performance of the pallet.

For example, large molecular weight distribution, components containing non-uniform structure such as rigid molecular chains, or other plastic doped pollution, pollution from poor additives, dust, etc. are also causes of embrittlement.

2) Too much return material

If the plastic is recycled too many times or the content of recycled materials is too high, or the heating time in the barrel is too long, the parts will become brittle.

3) Bad additives

The raw materials are mixed with other impurities, or doped with inappropriate or excessive solvents or other additives.

On the basis of a reasonable formula, the resin and additives are also required to be of reliable quality, even if there is a problem with only one raw material.

It will also affect the quality of blow molded products, or even fail.


2. Blow molding process

1) During production, try not to add metal and other accessories to the tray. If processing is required, it can be processed later.

2) The core should have an appropriate demoulding slope. This can facilitate demoulding and take out the tray faster.

3) The mold temperature is too high or too low, which is unfavorable to the production of plastic products.

Too low film temperature will easily make the tray brittle. The temperature of the barrel and nozzle should not be too low.

4) Reduce the back pressure and rotation speed of the screw preform, loosen the material at the feeding port, and reduce the degradation of the plastic caused by overheating of the stirring.


3. Optimize the structure

1) Through reasonable structural design, the strength of blow molded products can be improved, the load can be spread evenly, and gravity concentration can be avoided.

2) If the wall thickness of the product is too thin, the overall weight is too light, and the overall impact resistance is not strong.

3) If the hollow structure of the blow molded product is too much, it will also make the plastic tray brittle.

4) The surface design adds non-slip points or smooth design according to the situation.


4. Blow molding equipment

1) When the ejector device is unstable, it will tilt, and the ejected product area will become smaller or unevenly distributed.

2) If the plastic raw materials are heated and stirred in the barrel for too long, the plastic is prone to aging, which will eventually make the product fragile.

3) There are dead corners or obstacles in the barrel during production, which can easily promote the degradation of materials.


The production process includes processing procedures, process parameters, operating methods, etc. in the entire process from raw materials to final products. In the process control of blow molding products, the key is to control the temperature, pressure and speed of each stage of molding.
