Heating temperature is very important for preforms. The heating system is mainly composed of heating light box, heating circulation fan, preform circulation heating chain, preform cooling circulation, and heating rack. The preform is very important to the temperature during the heating process. To prevent whitening and uneven thickness of the bottle after the bottle is formed, the temperature of the preform needs to be controlled between 70°C and 120°C during the heating process, and the heating of the lamp tube is controlled to facilitate the temperature adjustment during the heating process. , Adopt AC solid-state pressure regulation method to control the heating temperature of the preform. The solid-state voltage regulator integrates a synchronous transformer, a phase detection circuit, a phase-shifting trigger circuit and an output thyristor. By adjusting the bias voltage, the coupling control luminous intensity is changed, thereby changing the equivalent resistance of the high-voltage side to achieve the purpose of controlling the voltage.
