Chongqing Technology and Business University has successfully developed the first digital prototype controller in China and realized industrialization. This scientific research achievement is expected to end the core components of the domestic hollow Blow molding machine—the current status of the digital prototype controller's dependence on imports.
According to the introduction of the High-tech Development and Industrialization Division of the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the hollow Blow Molding Machine is a device for producing hollow plastic products such as fuel tanks and tubing, and is widely used in pipeline transportation industries such as oil and natural gas. At present, the domestic hollow blow molding machine has an annual output of nearly 10,000 sets, but its core digital controllers are all dependent on imports for a long time. This has caused the problems of high cost, low added value, and difficult maintenance of domestic blow molding machines.
At present, the product has passed the enterprise test and use, resulting in a better economic and social benefits.
