The reporter learned from the Chongqing Science and Technology Commission that Chongqing Technology and Business University has successfully developed the first digital prototype controller in China and realized industrialization. This achievement is expected to end the current status of the core components of the domestic Blow molding machine, which are all dependent on imports.
According to the introduction of the High-tech Development and Industrialization Department of the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the hollow Blow Molding Machine is a production equipment for hollow plastic products such as fuel tanks and tubing. It is widely used in the pipeline transportation industry such as oil and natural gas. At present, the domestic hollow blow molding machine has an annual output of nearly 10,000 sets, but its core digital controllers are all dependent on imports for a long time, resulting in high cost, low added value, and difficult maintenance of domestic blow molding machines. The hardware price of the digital prototype program controller developed by Chongqing Technology and Business University is lower than 3,000 yuan, which is 1/20 of the price of imported products, and the operation is stable. At present, the product has passed the enterprise test and use, and has produced better economic and social benefits.
